“Cymru Unleashed is a reflection of who we are — proud, creative, diverse, and
rooted in community. It’s about people
from ethnically diverse communities telling their stories through football, art, and
digital media, and showing they
belong at the heart of Welsh culture.
Our aim is to foster inclusion in women’s football and sport more broadly, ensuring
young people from underrepresented
backgrounds can see themselves — both on and off the pitch. Through the various
initiatives we’ve launched, we’re
creating space for identity, visibility, and leadership.
We’re incredibly grateful to the Welsh Government and the Football Association of
Wales for making this possible through
the EURO 2025 Partner Support Fund.
As the founder of Afrowales, an organisation committed to empowering diverse
communities through arts, music, and
